The NMMNG Coach Certification Program offers an intensive, transformative six-month experience for professional coaches and therapists or those aiming to build a career working with men in coaching, groups, or developing personal development products.
Guided by Dr. Robert Glover and his Certified coaches, participants will deep-dive into the 12 core Nice Guy issues, practicing coaching skills within peer triads, and addressing personal challenges through Integrated Man small group processes. What The Six-Month Process Looks Like
Attend Twice-Monthly Content Webinars
- These 90-minute Zoom webinars are held the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month, (6:00 PM UTC).
- The content / training webinars will be led by Dr. Glover and experienced NMMNG Certified Coaches.
- Each webinar will present a core Nice Guy recovery topic. (12 Core Units listed below).
- Participants will receive a video of each core recovery topic recorded by Dr. Glover the week prior to each call.
- The webinars will feature an In-depth discussion and exploration of the topic presented in that unit’s video.
- Content / training webinars will be recorded and placed in the program archive for lifetime access.
Attend Twice-Monthly IM (Integrated Man) Groups
- These 90-minute I.M. Groups are led by experienced NMMNG Certified Coaches and give participants the opportunity to explore the core NMMNG topics presented in each content / training webinar in their own lives.
- IM (Integrated Man): 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month @ 6:00 PM UTC
- Participants will have the opportunity to do their own process work, learn more about the core topic of Nice Guy recovery, and experience the power of a small men’s group.
- Participants will periodically lead parts of these groups.
- This process will help participants learn how to apply these principles and practices to recovering Nice Guys.
Participate in Twice-Monthly Self-Coaching Triads
- Every participant will be assigned a triad group with two other participants (Triads will change every two months).
- These triad groups will be a forum for the participants to practice their coaching skills with each other and receive peer feedback.
- The triad group members will schedule these group calls at their own convenience.
Experience an Apprenticeship With Integration Nation
- The NMMNG Coach Certification program will give participants the opportunity to work with Dr. Glover and his team of NMMNG Certified Coaches as an apprentice within Integration Nation. These opportunities include:
- Assist on a team of coaches for a IN weekly tribe call during the six-month certification program.
- Assist and work with Dr. Glover directly on weekly IN Brotherhood calls.
- This apprenticeship will give participants a fast-track to opportunities to continue serving as an IN coach after the completion of the Certification Program.
Twice-Yearly Business Development Seminars
- Led by program staff, these seminars are designed to support you in building and growing your coaching business.
- The seminars will cover various areas of men’s work coaching business: 1-on-1 coaching, running groups, and developing and marketing programs and products, etc.
- These seminars will often feature experts and successful coaches in the area of men’s work to share their lessons and insights.

How Do I Get Started?
Application & Enrollment
Enrollment in the NMMNG Coach Certification Program is through application only. Click the button below to request your application.
After you enter your email address, we will send you a link to an application form. Once completed, we will contact you to set up a 30-minute Zoom call to help us to answer any questions that you may have and go over the key elements and requirements of the program. Following this call, if you are ready to take the steps toward making a bigger difference and getting a bigger paycheck, we will send you a link to make the payment and you can dive in.

Qualifications
Along with completion of the six-month program at least one of the three options below must be completed in order to be designated a NMMNG Certified Coach. These requirements do not need to be in place before beginning the program, but must be fulfilled to finish the certification process.
- Degree (Min BA), counseling, therapy, social work, or
- Coach training program (min 1 year), or
- 1000 hours documented coaching, professional development, or educational experience. Can include paid and unpaid coaching experience, 12-step work, professional training, related college level education, personal development training attended (Landmark, Tony Robbins, MLK, etc).
If none of these requirements are met before beginning the program, applicants can still begin and complete the program and will be awarded their certification once any of the three requirements above have been met and documented.

Upon Completion
At the completion of the NMMNG Certification Program, to ensure the highest level of professionalism, certification candidates will be asked to affirm their commitment to abide by the ICF code of ethics and purchase and maintain Professional Liability insurance (also known as Errors and Omissions).
When Can I start?
You can dive in and get started at any point of the six-month cycle. You can then complete the program in as little as six months and begin identifying yourself as a NMMNG Certified Coach with all the benefits that entails.

Dr. Robert Glover is a relationship expert with over 40 years of professional experience as therapist, coach, and teacher. He is the author of the groundbreaking, No More Mr. Nice Guy, Dating Essentials for Men, and The Big Stick. In July of 2023, Dr. Glover launched Integration Nation, an international community of Integrated Men. Dr. Glover has trained and certified over 150 NMMNG Certified Coaches that are changing the lives of men and women worldwide.

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s new or different from the earlier version of the NMMNG Coach Certification Program?
The earlier version of the NMMNG Coach Certification Program was offered as an extension of Dr. Glover’s TPI workshops. This new comprehensive 6-month program dives deeper into 12 different core areas of Nice Guy recovery. The program includes facilitated Integrated Man groups where participants work on their own recovery. Additionally, there are peer triad groups for hands-on coaching practice. Also, the new program offers all participants an apprenticeship to work as an assistant coach with Dr. Glover and his certified coaches with Integration Nation. Overall, the new version of the program goes a lot more in-depth, gives more face time with Dr. Glover, and has many more opportunities for hands-on practice as a coach.
If I don't meet the pre-qualification for the Certification, can I still enroll?
If you do not meet the pre-qualification for the Certification, you can still enroll. However you will not be granted a certificate of completion until you have completed the pre-qualifications, either during the course of the program or later. You will also not be able to take advantage of the various other benefits available to certified coaches till you receive a certificate of completion. These benefits include listing in Dr. Glover’s monthly newsletter, opportunity to assist Dr. Glover in future workshops, advertise yourself as NMMNG Certified Coach, listing on drglover.com etc. If you do not see yourself completing these pre-qualifications during or after the program, we would advise you to instead enroll in the NMMNG Mentor Program. Can I do the program without attending any live calls and just watching the videos?
Yes, is it possible to start and/or complete the Mentorship program and then upgrade to the NMMNG Coach Certification Program. This will involve meeting some prerequisites before you can be listed as a NMMNG Certified Coach. Dr. Glover’s team can walk you through this process. If you do not see yourself completing these pre-qualifications during or after the program, we would advise you to instead enroll in the NMMNG Mentor Program.
Can I do the program without attending any live calls and just watch the videos?
No, you cannot do the program without attending any live calls. However certain calls will be recorded and you can watch them on your own time without having to attend them live. These are 4 types of calls during the program.
- Twice-Monthly Content Webinars: Attendance is highly encouraged and recordings will be available.
- Twice-Monthly I.M Groups: Attendance is mandatory and the calls will not be recorded.
- Twice-Monthly Triad Groups: Attendance is mandatory and the calls will not be recorded.

It is tailored for individuals not necessarily seeking a professional career in men’s work but those wanting to leverage the invaluable principles, insights, and practices of NMMNG for their personal development or support men in their lives in a non-professional capacity. If you are ready to do a deep dive into your Nice Guy recovery, have six months of contact with Dr. Glover and his trained NMMNG certified coaches, and get access to Dr. Glover’s community and content at Integration Nation, the NMMNG Mentor program is for you. The Mentor Program does not offer various additional benefits that come on completion of the Certification Program. These include listing in Dr. Glover’s monthly newsletter, opportunity to assist Dr. Glover in future workshops, advertise yourself as NMMNG Certified Coach, listing on drglover.com etc.

What if I need to pause my participation during the program?
If you need to take a break at any time during the program due to conflicts, finances, unforeseen demands, etc., you can pause your participation for 6 or 12 months and come back to the unit you left off on.
