Guided by Dr. Robert Glover and his team of NMMNG Certified Coaches, participants in the NMMNG Mentorship Program will take their recovery from the Nice Guy Syndrome to the next level, leave old self-limiting beliefs and ineffective behaviors behind, and take the steps necessary to become Integrated Men.
The NMMNG Mentorship Program mirrors all the aspects and opportunities of the NMMNG Coach Certification Program, sharing twice-monthly content / training webinars and twice-monthly I.M. (Integrated Man) process groups . It is tailored for individuals not necessarily seeking a professional career in men’s work or coaching, but who want to leverage the invaluable principles, insights, and practices of NMMNG for their own personal development.
If you are ready to do a deep dive into your Nice Guy recovery, experience six months of intensive contact with Dr. Glover and his trained NMMNG certified coaches, the NMMNG Mentor program is for you.

What The Six-Month Process Looks Like
Attend Twice-Monthly Content Webinars
- These 90-minute Zoom webinars are held the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month, (6:00 PM UTC).
- The content / training webinars will be led by Dr. Glover and experienced NMMNG Certified Coaches.
- Each webinar will present a core Nice Guy recovery topic. (12 Core Units listed below).
- Participants will receive a video of each core recovery topic recorded by Dr. Glover the week prior to each call.
- The webinars will feature an In-depth discussion and exploration of the topic presented in that unit’s video.
- Content / training webinars will be recorded and placed in the program archive for lifetime access.
Attend Twice-Monthly IM (Integrated Man) Groups
- These 90-minute I.M. Groups are led by experienced NMMNG Certified Coaches and give participants the opportunity to explore the core NMMNG topics presented in each content / training webinar in their own lives.
- IM (Integrated Man): 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month @ 6:00 PM UTC
- Participants will have the opportunity to do their own process work, learn more about the core topic of Nice Guy recovery, and experience the power of a small men’s group.
Additional Benefits
- The depth of this program will allow program leaders to give participants feedback on their progress and their limitations along with recommendations for addressing these limitations.
- Participants receive 6 months free access to the Gold Tier of Integration Nation.

Enrollment in the NMMNG Mentorship Program is through application only. Click the button below to request your application.
After you enter your email address, we will send you a link to an application form. Once completed, we will contact you to set up a 30-minute Zoom call to help us to answer any questions that you may have and go over the key elements and requirements of the program. Following this call, if you are ready to take your recovery from the Nice Guy Syndrome to the next level, we will send you a link to make the payment and you can dive in.

Dr. Robert Glover is a relationship expert with over 40 years of professional experience as therapist, coach, and teacher. He is the author of the groundbreaking, No More Mr. Nice Guy, Dating Essentials for Men, and The Big Stick. In July of 2023, Dr. Glover launched Integration Nation, an international community of Integrated Men. Dr. Glover has trained and certified over 150 NMMNG Certified Coaches that are changing the lives of men and women worldwide.

Beginning with his own personal journey he has spent over eight years immersing himself in understanding Nice Guy patterns and behaviors. What are the differences between the NMMNG Mentorship and NMMNG Certification Programs?
First off, there is no pre-qualification needed for the NMMNG Mentorship Program. Any man with a commitment to break free from the Nice Guy Syndrome can jump in at any time. The Mentorship program does not include practice coaching triads, the twice-yearly business development webinars, and does not include promotional opportunities as a coach. Participants in the Mentorship program receive 12 months of free access to the Gold Tier of Integration Nation while participants in the NMMNG Certification Program receive a lifetime membership. The NMMNG Mentorship Program fee is $3,000 USD less than the NMMNG Certification fee ($4,500 vs. $7,500 USD). The Mentor Program does not offer various additional benefits that come on completion of the Certification Program. These include listing in Dr. Glover’s monthly newsletter, opportunity to assist Dr. Glover in future workshops, advertise yourself as NMMNG Certified Coach, listing on drglover.com etc.
What’s new or different from the earlier version of the NMMNG Coach Certification Program?
The earlier version of the NMMNG Mentorship Program was offered as an extension of Dr. Glover’s TPI workshops. This new comprehensive 6-month program dives deeper into 12 different areas of Nice Guy recovery and is all virtual. The program includes facilitated Integrated Man groups where participants work on their own recovery. Also, the new program offers all participants 12 free months in Dr. Glover’s worldwide program for men, Integration Nation. Overall, the new version of the program goes a lot more in-depth, gives more face time with Dr. Glover, and deeper, ongoing connection with other recovering Nice Guys.
If I enroll in the NMMNG Mentorship Program and later decide I want to become a NMMNG certified coach, is that possible?
Yes, is it possible to start and/or complete the Mentorship program and then upgrade to the NMMNG Coach Certification Program. This will involve meeting some prerequisites before you can be listed as a NMMNG Certified Coach. Dr. Glover’s team can walk you through this process. If you do not see yourself completing these pre-qualifications during or after the program, we would advise you to instead enroll in the NMMNG Mentor Program.
Can I do the program without attending any live calls and just watch the videos?
No, you cannot do the program without attending any live calls. However certain calls will be recorded and you can watch them on your own time without having to attend them live. For the twice-monthly content / training webinars, attendance is encouraged but not mandatory and recordings will be available for lifetime access. For the twice-monthly I.M Groups, attendance is mandatory and the calls will not be recorded.
Is there a fast track version of the program?
No.
What if I need to pause my participation during the program?
If you need to take a break at any time during the program due to conflicts, finances, unforeseen demands, etc., you can pause your participation for 6 or 12 months and come back to the unit you left off on.
How long do I have to wait to start?
You can dive in and get started then or at any point of the six-month cycle.
